File Format: 24-bit or 32-bit float preferred (16-bit OK); 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz (88.2/96/192 kHz accepted); WAV/AIFF only.

Levels: True peaks below -3 dBTP (aim for -6 dBTP) with no clipping/limiting on the mix bus.

​

Preparation: No mastering FX unless intentional (if that's the case send a clean version too). 2-3 sec silence at head/tail.
Make sure to check mono compatibility.

Effects: For clipping/limiting as an effect, send two versions: with and without. Label clearly (e.g., “Song Name w/FX.wav”).

​

Delivery: upload via SwissTransfer/Dropbox/WeTransfer.

​

File Names: “Artist - Song Name (Mixing Revision Number).wav”. Make sure to include track order for albums.

​

Platform Notes: Make sure to mention if the mastering is for streaming, vinyl, CD or a combination.

​

Extras: Include references and notes for specific directions (e.g. warm, dark, etc).
